Behind ELLA is a conviction - and a daughter.
Four years ago, a serious illness forced me to pause. Since then, I’ve looked at many things differently – especially what we eat and where it comes from. I wanted to feed my family consciously, without sacrificing those small moments of happiness.
For us, ice cream is exactly that. It's more than a dessert – it's a feeling of lightness, of summer, of enjoying something together.
In search of really good ice cream, I stumbled upon authentic gelato: few, high-quality ingredients, honest in flavor. I wanted to understand how it's truly made – and found ingredients just like those used by Italian ice cream parlors.
ELLA is named after my daughter. She is wild, joyful, and full of energy – and that's exactly how this ice cream should feel.
I worked in corporate settings for over 20 years. ELLA is different. It's more personal. More honest. And a new beginning that I stand behind with all my heart.
