Pistachio ice cream like from an ice cream parlor. Made by you. For approx. 3 liters of creamy pistachio ice cream.

Pistachio paste, made in Bronte, Sicily. Combined with our Crema Base made from German dairy products.

Paste, base, milk, cream, sugar - all basic ingredients. Done!

Here's how it works:

1. Mix milk, cream & sugar
2. Stir in base & paste and mix vigorously
3. Into the ice cream maker, done!

Also possible without an ice cream maker.
